What Opiliant is

Opiliant (opiliant.com) is a practice tool: it runs simulated voice interviews and generates scored feedback reports. It is operated as a sole-proprietor product; "we" below means the founder-operator.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You need an account to run interviews. Keep your login method secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.

You can stop using Opiliant at any time. Ask us at hello@opiliant.com and we'll delete your account and its data (see the privacy policy for the details and timelines).

Credits and payments

Free accounts receive credits at signup and on a recurring schedule; one interview consumes a fixed number of credits. Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and the amounts may change as the product evolves — changes apply going forward, never retroactively to credits you already hold.

Paid tiers are not live yet. When they launch, their specific terms (billing, refunds, cancellation) will be stated at the point of purchase and will be handled through our payment provider.

Acceptable use

Use Opiliant for interview practice. Don't attempt to abuse the free tier with multiple accounts, scrape or mass-download content, probe the service's security, use it to generate harmful content, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated feedback

Interview questions, follow-ups, scores, and report feedback are generated by AI. They are practice guidance, not professional career advice, and they can be wrong — a score is a training signal, not a verdict on you. Real hiring decisions belong to real employers; we make no promises about interview or job outcomes.

Your content, our content

Your interview answers and transcripts remain yours. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service on them: processing them with AI models to run your interview and produce your reports, and storing them so your history works.

Everything else — the site, question banks, guides, brand, and software — is ours. You're welcome to link to and quote the public pages with attribution; don't republish them wholesale.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for free accounts, that's zero). Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product grows; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: hello@opiliant.com.
