How a mock interview works

  1. 1Pick your round: HR/behavioral, or role-specific questions for software, data, business, marketing, finance, or design — or paste a job description and get interviewed for that exact posting.
  2. 2Do a 15-minute voice interview. Questions are asked aloud; you answer aloud. When an answer is thin, the interviewer probes it — no hints, no pause button, because the pressure is the practice.
  3. 3Read a report that tells the truth: scores for content, structure, communication, and confidence, your top 3 fixes, and a stronger version of each weak answer built from what you actually said.

Why voice, not typing

Because interviews aren't a typing exercise. The skill that fails most candidates isn't knowing the answer — it's saying it: out loud, in order, under time pressure, without eleven "basically"s. Typed practice trains a different muscle and transfers poorly, which is why students who've "practiced with ChatGPT" still freeze in the room.
